If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

- Contact our support team by email with your order number to request a refund;
- You will receive return instructions, including the return address;
- Return the product (opened or unopened bottles) within the 60-day period;
- Once the return is received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping and handling charges, if any;
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility;
- Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as returns without authorization may not be processed.
